SUMMARY:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems Consulting. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Experience in business analysis, financial reporting, system integration, business transformation.
- Knowledge in some or all the following areas (loans & leases, deposits, derivatives, fixed income, equity, capital, accounting, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of regulatory and financial reporting: Federal Reserve, OCC, SEC, etc is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of corporate governance, financial reporting systems, legal entities, and role of regulatory authorities.
- Experience in business process reengineering and software development life cycle.
- Experience in system analysis and writing business and functional specifications.
- Strong data analysis, data mapping and reconciliation skills.
- Good communications including the ability to compile and present management level presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Be able to identify opportunities to solve business problems.
- Experience and expertise in SQL, Python and Alteryx (Preferred)
- Financial control and/or product control experience (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stakeholders and finance managers and work with users to identify requirements, write requirement documents, using use cases, workflows, screen mock-ups, and spreadsheet models.
- Analyze current business and system processes for potential areas of improvement.
- Perform data analysis to identify root cause of issues and their resolution.
- Coordinate with business and technology partners throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
- Write test scenarios and drive UAT planning and implementation.
- Coordinate and provide analysis and interpretation of UAT results.
