As a Business Analyst focused on IT M&A integration at ResMed, you will play a critical role in managing the integration of IT systems and processes. Your primary responsibilities will include asset and process discovery and ensuring alignment between the IT departments of the acquiring and acquired organizations.

• Work closely with IT stakeholders from both the acquiring and acquired organizations. Facilitate communication and alignment on IT integration objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct detailed discovery of IT assets (hardware, software, systems) within acquired organizations. Document and assess these assets.
• Analyze and document IT processes and workflows from the acquired organization. Identify integration points and areas of alignment with our existing IT processes.
• Coordinate with IT teams to execute integration activities.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on IT integration progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Suggest and implement improvements to the IT integration process based on lessons learned and best practices.
