Description:

This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading
Candidates will require CRM knowledge and experience in addition to MS Dynamics experience. Must have experience on content management systems, preferably Drupal but WordPress, Adobe CMS, SAP Hybris, etc., are acceptable.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst in a complex business environment.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis/modelling, process mapping, information analysis/modelling, planning, design, testing, and system integration.
  • Proven ability to map business requirements and processes to product functionality while identifying gaps and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to take a holistic, human-centred approach to digital product design, including user research, interaction design, information architecture, technical writing, and usability testing.
  • Strong experience in managing information requirements, ensuring compliance with record-keeping and information management policies.
  • High-level analytical and organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to think laterally and conceptually.
  • Highly effective client liaison, change management, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working in collaborative, high-performing teams with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Experience in end-to-end delivery of major business system projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Office tools (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), JIRA, and SharePoint, or the ability to quickly acquire proficiency.
  • Experience identifying and analysing complex legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry and applicable processes.

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 or similar standards.
  • Experience working within a government environment.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse business processes and information flows and develop technical solutions with application developers.
  • Document and manage delivery of detailed project requirements.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and assist in test planning.
  • Analyse impact of changes to systems and assist with change management activities.
  • Develop high-quality documentation including functional and non-functional business requirements, user stories, flowcharts, and traceability matrices.
  • Contribute to project meetings, workshops, and presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of practices and methodologies.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, ensuring requirements traceability.
  • Conduct walkthroughs to validate and obtain approval of business analysis outputs.
  • Provide business analysis support throughout the full project development or implementation lifecycle.
  • Support testing activities, including preparing and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Apply business analysis techniques and tools to document requirements, objectives, outcomes, processes, procedures, work instructions, and workflows.
  • Deliver project documentation aligned with project management frameworks, ensuring quality standards and scope adherence.
  • Manage sensitive information and maintain records in line with information management policies.
