JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a remote position.
Our Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and defining business processes, business requirements, business pain points and synthesizing findings into comprehensive solutions for both technical and non-technical teams to comprehend. The business analyst acts as the bridge between IT and the business to ensure that the business needs are being met.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5+ years demonstrated success as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Disciplined curiosity: interest in asking ‘why’ and synthesizing important findings into alternatives and recommendations
  • Role is remote, but has potential for up to 25% travel (Monday through Thursday)

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, business needs, and strategic goals.
  • Develop and communicate Enterprise Data Management topics to business and technical resources.
  • Ability to communicate and translate technical information appropriately to different levels of the client organization.
  • Gathers requirements using Agile methodology and ensures business alignment.
  • Verifies, traces and manages functional and nonfunctional requirements.
  • Facilitate and capture business/technical requirements from legacy systems for modernization.
