Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools such as SAP Crystal Reports and Microsoft Power BI
  • B.A./B.S. in a related field (data science, engineering, data analysis, statistics, etc) is highly desirable
  • 5+ years of related experience in data analysis, database administration, ERP management, or similar in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (with knowledge of Power Query and database interfacing)
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to create integrated business models that facilitate decision making and/or business metric & KPI visualization
  • Motivated to improve methods and practices for managing and communicating company data with consideration for big-picture use and information relationships
  • Strong SQL coding knowledge and understanding of ERP systems (Visual ERP preferred) and relational databases

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and current operational metrics, ensuring reliable and up-to-date information
  • Support and lead the development of Manufacturing Plans and Master Production Schedules to optimize production workflows
  • Utilize data analytics tools to analyze business data, generate insights, and create comprehensive reports to support decision-making
  • Assist in testing new processes and enhancements within the ERP system to ensure effective implementation
  • Contribute to special projects and perform other tasks as required by management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and document detailed specifications
