About the Role
Deposits and Payments are responsible for the end-to-end management of ANZ’s transaction and savings customers and products. Our mission is to help our customers achieve their goals by providing the right solutions when it comes to how they want to save, use and manage their money. As a Business Analyst in our Deposits and Payments Team, you’ll play a key role in helping to deliver on a program to support our vendor with the migration of our legacy customer communication and document services platform to a new platform solution. You will understand the different types of essential customer communications and documents produced for most products offered across the bank, how these are received by customers, gather and document business requirements, as well as partaking in testing and execution for smooth technology change delivery.
