Responsibilities:

  • Identifies automation and data opportunities in the respective process area
  • Oversee and steer digital transformation initiatives within process ensuring alignment with our strategy
  • Digital knowledge support to processes needs according to digital transformation strategy.
  • Manage communication between stakeholders, regional & global Global Business Services (GBS+) processes and corporate dx.
  • Execute Digital Transformation targets for the location and global team according to roadmapdefined and communicate target results
  • Contribute to organization readiness supporting change management for digital transformation.
  • Run digital ideation workshops to identify new digital and especially automation use-cases.
  • Scale digital opportunities and share best practices within the global Digital Network.
  • Consult GBS+ teams on technology levers, gathering business requirements, cost-benefit analysis, recommending potential solutions and bundling demands
