EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4 years+ experience in Business Analysis
• Documentation skills - must be able to create clear, accurate and concise documentation
• Strong Communication (verbal & written) and Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Comfortable challenging the ideas of others
• An in depth understanding of Project Management documentation would be an advantage
  Travel: 3 days a week onsite in Dublin

• Produce and or validate existing business “current state” process maps and as part of business requirements gather consensus, design and produce “future state” process maps.
• Gather, analyse, define, validate and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders to aid IT in the design and development of technical solutions to meet business needs.
• Perform root cause analysis of problems, conduct workshops and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into functional requirement specifications
• Assist the business stakeholders in prioritising business requirements and defining new business processes
• Validate that all business requirements documented have been addressed in Functional Specification(s).
