Description:
Are you skilled at analyzing data and translating it into business-related insights for management? Then you might be our new analyst, who, using internal and external business data, will prepare analyses for management use.

About the Position
Our new analyst will be part of the Strategy – Analysis – IT department, working within business data management and analysis. You will primarily focus on preparing business-related analyses for management, including customer engagement trends, and broader business analysis such as profit margin, productivity, efficiency, or performance analysis. Additionally, it is expected that you can independently come up with analyses relevant to management. The analyses will be based on both internal data from our systems, including BI systems, and external data. The job will involve quantitative analyses, with a focus on automating reports and building them in Power BI, excel or similar platforms. You’ll also be thinking about ways to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency through automation.

Your Background
We imagine that you have the following background and competencies:
- You hold a master’s degree in economics, Cand. Merch. Mat., Cand. Merch Fir., Cand. Econ., Cand. Polit. or something similar.
- You possess strong analytical skills and have a natural ability to search for patterns and causes in the data.
- By nature, you are curious and interested in understanding the business’s needs and how your analyses can support its development.
You take responsibility for the quality of your analyses and reports, are open in case you make any mistakes, and proactively seek solutions.You enjoy presenting and discussing your results with both management and your immediate leader, ensuring transparency about any issues that may arise.
Additionally, you are:
- A fast and good learner, willing to embrace new technologies, adapt easily to change, and remain open to new ways of doing things.
- Experienced with Power BI, with a strong understanding of data models and measures.
Knows DAX and Power Query.Analytical with an optimization-focused mindset.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field is required.
