Business analyst provides a standard set of regionally consistent support services to enable account teams (leveraged or dedicated) to achieve higher quality, cost-effective delivery, close the account gaps and continuously improve support service experiences.
FINANCIAL ANALYST / BUSINESS ANALYST WITH 3-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
Advanced Conversational English
Client-Facing experience: in this role, you will participate in meetings with different stakeholders and accounts from diverse regions of Europe, Asia, etc.
Strong knowledge of Excel.
The candidate should have the following soft skills: proactive, self-sufficient, adaptable, and meticulous.
Knowledge of budgets, contracts, etc., is desirable.
Knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Support and review SFDC pipeline data integrity is maintained and forecasted appropriately according to SFDC corporate standardization guidelines.
- Assist the Account Executives on the request, and closure of WBS codes assigned to the accounts.
- Ensure the client billing process is accurate, complete and timely
- Monthly forecasting reviews and associated financial planning activities.
- Coordinate with Account Leadership for requested support (ad hoc).Advise and assist Delivery and Finance PRM process owners on how to move forward with active requests.
- Encourage Insights tool usage to support different account activities
