Business Analyst – E-Invoicing

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the e-Invoicing project for our client. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience with e-Invoicing or similar projects.
• Ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of customization processes and project management methodologies.
• Understanding of business logic and technical frameworks is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields.

• Collaborate with clients to understand e-Invoicing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct client meetings (online or face-to-face) to gather information and address challenges.
• Prepare functional specifications and delegate documentation tasks as needed.
• Handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand frameworks, business logic, and technical challenges.
• Provide insights and support for the implementation of government-mandated e-Invoicing rollouts.
