Responsibilities:
- Interprets and translates customers’ needs, and advises and documents possible solutions. Assists in the preparation and reporting of high-level project estimates and timelines.
- Assists in the identification of process and procedure strengths and weaknesses, researches and recommends areas of improvement for overall productivity and efficiency.
- Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and respective recommendations. Performs root-cause, SWOT and other business analysis framework models as necessary to support decision-making processes.
- Prepares documentation such as business process maps, business models, test scripts, statement of works and other documentation as required to support the OMS, Project Management Office (PMO) and Data & Analytics (D&A) activities.
- Assists in the identification of RPA implementation opportunities.
- Proactively and positively collaborate with peers and leaders on other duties as required.
- Participates in the establishment and continuous review and improvement of BA standards, procedures, and processes that support the general competencies outlined in the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK).
- Other duties as required.
