Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit that make data-driven decisions and take responsibility for the best outcome of their internal customers. REQUIREMENTS - OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Finance/Business or Engineering background;
• Talent for agile, reliable and fast data management;
• Rigorous on Data management, protection policy / confidentiality;
• Data mining / Detection of data irrelevance;
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactively proposing improvement solutions to business, looking at performance / sustainability on short-mid-long-term solutions;
• Project Management skills: understanding of the overall project management methodologies, structured and organized way of working;
• Communication skills are Key, creating trustful relationship quickly in a remote working context;
• English is a must, French, German or Spanish are a plus;
• Full master of google workspace tools;
• Basic understanding of the aircraft, product and development process is welcome but not mandatory;
• Ethics & Compliance adherence is a must, with a clear understanding of rules around data confidentiality, AIRBUS procurement processes, GDPR as examples

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

Professional

• Strategic Support: Assist the Engineering Function in managing, improving and standardizing the business activities.
• Business Transformation: Support the migration of the Engineering Function to the new process & tools (BOM-One) that govern the business management activities.
• Change Management: Address and resolve challenges related to change management during the process transitions and implementations.
• Data Consolidation and Standardization: Participate in data consolidation and migration processes, with an emphasis on promoting standardization at the source.
• BOM-One Documentation Development: Create and continuously improve the user guide documentation for the business tool BOM-One.
• BOM-One Training Delivery: Lead training sessions using process workflows and tools tailored to the business management community.
• Cross-Center Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Centers to collect and synthesize feedback and improvement proposals on business processes and tools.
• BOM-One new features: Coordinate cross-Center specifications, assess and validate new features in BOM-One.
