Responsibilities:
- Support the completion of key project deliverables such as Change Impact Assessments, User Requirement Specifications and Functional Risk Assessments.
- Assist in the authoring, reviewing and approval process of user acceptance testing scripts, Global / Local SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Ensure all deliverables and documentation meet Quality and Computer Systems Validation (CSV) standards.
- Competent use of various systems including Kneat, Veeva, Zoho, Asana and Oracle.
- Good understanding of the overall ERP system design, with proficient knowledge of the Global Process Owners workstream and processes.
- Ability to facilitate face-to-face and virtual training with manufacturing sites in various global locations.
- Able to work to deadlines, communicate and escalate challenges effectively, with a solution focused mindset.
- Deputise for the Global Process Owner as and when required.
- Ad-hoc support of the Business-as-usual quarterly update process and change management of the Oracle solution
