Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst who wants to help grow the Experian Consumer Services (ECS) Marketplace business. As a Data Analyst, you will work directly with lender partners to manage their customer acquisition marketing strategies within the ECS platform, resulting in positive outcomes for both Experian users searching for financial products and lenders looking to acquire profitable new customers.

EXPERIENCE

• Solid experience in Boolean Search/writing SQL queries
• Good analytical skills.
• Coding experience a plus.
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years Customer Service-related experience (Client facing projects)
• Previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers
• Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills.

• Help with the development population segments to meet parnter marketing strategies.
• Implement partner criteria into campaign management tools.
• Conduct final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output
• Be a project coordinator for program scheduling and fulfillment.
• Provide technical consultation in the design and implementation of client programs
• Provide user interface support for self-service batch program fulfillment systems
