Your profile:

  • Familiarity with the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) and hands-on experience with insurance products, with a commercial focus considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling insurance-related processes and products.
  • Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders, each with different priorities, and manage those relationships effectively.
  • Proactive in deepening your knowledge of the entire business process chain, staying informed about market trends, risks, and new product developments.
  • Capable of understanding client needs, anticipating their requirements, and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize key information and make well-informed decisions.
  • Thorough understanding of both business and financial operations, ensuring that acquired knowledge is applied to drive results.
  • Ability to develop long-term strategies and take initiative in refining products, processes, and distribution channels.
  • Contributing to the Agile culture by fostering teamwork, providing feedback, and driving continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

  • Engage actively in all phases of the sprint by contributing questions, insights, and challenges. You facilitate discussions and ensure the team adopts efficient work practices while keeping priorities clear.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses and gather feedback through interviews, implementing tools to assess and enhance business workflows. Proposed improvements are always backed by data insights.
  • Streamline processes with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes, ensuring that operations are both efficient and user-friendly.
  • Define and execute business strategies, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and establish product, process, and channel guidelines that comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all business operations, services, and products, ensuring your knowledge is current and relevant.
  • Track performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and financial outcomes, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the resolution of any business-related issues or customer complaints when necessary.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of Luxembourgish would be a plus.
