The Team
The Marketing Solutions and Innovation team focuses on designing and implementing capabilities and experiences that bring customer strategies to life. Technically creative and nimble, this team is known for creating innovative user-friendly solutions based on complex business requirements from business stakeholders across the organization.

The Expertise You Have

  • Identify, document, and analyze business processes, understanding their objectives and flow within the organizational and technology ecosystem. Provide constructive feedback to drive process improvements, leveraging the capabilities of Aprimo.
  • Design efficient workflows and analyze processes for optimization and effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with various project management methodologies and concepts, including agile, waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Knowledge of marketing and content-related processes and how they intersect with technology solutions.
  • Proficient in using modeling and diagramming tools like Visio, Camunda, or Miro, and project management tools such as Jira, Aprimo, Workfront, or Monday.com.
  • 5-7 years of transferable experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Skillfully manage dependencies across teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Lead project planning meetings and facilitate refinement sessions to enhance project understanding and ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Conduct end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing with traceability of test cases.
  • Proactively address issues and stakeholder feedback, resolving challenges promptly to maintain project momentum.
  • Lead reviews of final deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in both written and verbal communication, proficiently summarizing and interpreting information to positively influence stakeholders, including subject matter experts and business partners.
