Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Drive assigned projects and programs to ensure success by defining requirements.
  • Improve operations and processes using historical information and resources to achieve appropriate solutions.
  • Provide updates with the appropriate sponsors and stakeholders to ensure information is communicated effectively and efficiently.
  • With the use of dedicated and core teams, determines course of action to define requirements and solutions that will solve for complex bank issues.
  • Work with both onshore and offshore resources for identified projects.
  • Resolve problems and conflicts among projects.
