Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join the Client Marketing and Lifecycle IT of our client. This team oversees applications related to Relationship Manager Workstation, client onboarding (KYC), and Client Marketing with the goal of targeting clients and generating contact opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal user groups to understand business processes, technology solutions, and strategic objectives.
- Define functional architecture evolutions and document functional and non-functional specifications.
- Review test cases, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery within agreed parameters.
- Coordinate and lead meetings with stakeholders at all levels, across different locations.
- Manage project conflicts, dependencies, changes, risks, and issues, ensuring effective communication.
- Contribute to operational control policies, regulatory compliance, and incident reporting.
