This is a 6 month fixed term contract based in Peterborough with hybrid working model of 10 days per month in the office.

SOME OF THE GREAT THINGS YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Elicit complex, sensitive, or strategic requirements from diverse sources, employing the most appropriate techniques for each situation.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and system capabilities, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring solutions are effectively integrated and adopted.
• Provide business analysis and delivery management services throughout the entire system design life cycle.
• Support the development of business cases to inform strategic decision-making.
• Design testing strategies that enable both internal and external delivery teams to validate solutions.
• Create process documentation for current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) business processes.
• Develop product documentation and training plans to facilitate change implementation.
• Adopt a holistic approach to solution selection, ensuring alignment with company and technology strategies.
• Facilitate transition to business as usual, supporting teams in adopting new processes with minimal disruption.
• Benefit analysis to ensure that benefits are realised as expected.
• Manage and collaborate with third-party suppliers and contractors.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues on business analysis methodologies.
• Promote the development of business analysis skills across Compare the Market and advocate for best practices.
