As an established market infrastructure player, Fundsquare S.A. provides services to support and standardise cross-border distribution of investment funds through a flexible and responsive infrastructure to enable operational effectiveness by offering information and regulatory compliance services. Fundsquare’s main objective is to foster relationships between professional investors and funds. In that context, the Business Analyst & IT Department is delivering and managing state-of-the-art mutualized solutions.
In order to strengthen our team, we are looking to recruit a:
Business Analyst – Permanent contract – (M/F)
If you already have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a business analyst and/or functional analyst with a keen interest in innovation and finance, are a strong team player who is also capable of leading specific initiatives with respect of deadlines and corporate strategy while acting as a key intermediary between business and IT units, you may be just the person we are looking for.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• Ideally at least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in investment fund and data management industries with data & process-oriented experiences.
• You have ideally obtained a master’s degree in Banking and Finance, or Engineering Sciences with an IT focus (or equivalent)
• Good knowledge (and ideally certification) of the methodological aspects relating to Business Analysis, Testing Management and/or Change Management (examples: ECBA, ISTQB, ADKAR, etc.).
• Capacity to adapt your messages to discuss solutions with both Business and/or IT-oriented individuals.
• Previous experience using the Agile or Scrum framework (use of JIRA).
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills with a solid understanding of IT and technologies such as :
• Process analysis and data management (BPMN / workflow design)
• Definition of data set and mock-up for our software solutions
• Test scenarios and results (example : Microsoft Test Manager).
• Test automation (example : Katalon)
• Process automation (example : UIPath)
• Business Intelligence (example : SSRS, PowerBI)
• Mastery of comprehension around APIs and Cloud concepts
• Fluent in French and English is mandatory
  Languages French English Education Master Experience 5+ year

• Understanding and assessing the changing needs of the business.
• Capture requirements needed to initiate a change within the organisation on a process level and analyze the impacts of change.
• Manage your tasks and report progress to responsible Management involved
• Definition of functional requirements documentation.
• Preparation and execution of functional testing.
• Support the Change Management process on a project level.
• Support the incident and risk management processes.
