Overview:
We’re seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. You will be instrumental in driving business performance by identifying opportunities, optimising insurance processes, and delivering innovative solutions.
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with insurance stakeholders to understand business needs, develop effective strategies, and ensure successful project implementation. Your ability to translate complex insurance requirements into clear, actionable plans is essential.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Leading the requirements gathering process within our change delivery, working with business stakeholders and/or vendors/3d parties to ensure outcomes are clearly understood.
- Driving out the business analysis approach for the project / programme and document the scope of BA work required.
- Eliciting, cataloguing and prioritizing business requirements with full traceability back to the business process(es)
- Owning the delivery of analysis for any assigned project, providing a high-quality BA service to the Project Manager and business stakeholders.
- Build and maintain networks with a diverse group of business stakeholders to promote consensus and improve the delivery of change outcomes.
About you:
- Extensive previous experience as a Business Analyst.
- A thorough understanding and demonstration of business analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience with Kanban or Agile project management is a plus.
