MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, OR 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Consultant, or in Project Management.
• 2+ years of experience with change management and driving the adoption of new technologies.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365/Office 365 and Collaboration Tools such as SharePoint, Viva Insights, Exchange, and Power BI.
• Proven ability to create prompts based on user cases to transform ways of working by adopting Generative AI tools.
• 6+ months of experience with Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in training and supporting users in adopting new technologies.

• Participate in the implementation of GenAI and Collaboration Tools within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of GenAI and Collaboration Tools.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones for the implementation of GenAI and Collaboration Tools.
• Create and tailor GenAI prompts based on observed user cases.
• Create Power BI Reports and haver the ability to analyze that to support data-driven strategy and identify next steps and opportunities.
• Serve as the liaison for Collaboration Tools within the organization.
• Facilitate training to end users on GenAi tools, to enhance their understanding and adoption of new technologies.
