Business Analyst - General Insurance/Supply-Chain/Vehicle Repair Loop

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in insurance and Repair-Loop/Supply Chain to join a dynamic team within a blue-chip insurance organisation. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact project within the General Insurance (GI) space, focusing specifically on the vehicle repair supply chain.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the General nsurance industry, with a deep understanding of the Repair-Loop/Supply Chain processes, particularly in the context of vehicle repair.
• Solid track record of successfully managing and delivering projects in the GI space.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to clearly define and document business needs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid working environment (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

• Analyse and document business processes and requirements within the insurance industry.
• Work closely with stakeholders to streamline and optimise Repair-Loop and Supply Chain processes for vehicle repairs.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the project, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and develop business solutions.
