Language: German B2 level certified

EXPERIENCE:

o 5 years of proven practical experience in requirements engineering
o 3 years of experience analyzing complex issues and presenting options to stakeholders
o Experience in business process analysis, optimization, and automation

SKILLS:

o Certification as CPRE Foundation
o Certification as Six Sigma Yellow Belt (preferred)
o Strong communication and moderation skills
o Proven knowledge in developing requirements management processes
o Problem-solving skills in establishing agile working methods
o Written and spoken English proficiency
