QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• x+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, e-commerce, or related industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with digital gift cards or payment products is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Snaplii is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the development and optimization of our gifting function, which allows users to send digital gift cards seamlessly. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, gathering insights, and ensuring the successful delivery of this key product feature. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders (product managers, designers, engineers) to identify, document, and analyze business needs and requirements for the gifting function.
• Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior, market trends, and business performance to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
• Process Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business process workflows, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units and the technical team to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Work with the QA team to validate that the gifting function meets business requirements and delivers a seamless user experience.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and provide insights to help Snaplii maintain a competitive edge in the gifting space.
