QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, e-commerce, or related industries.
  • Proficiency in creating product interaction prototypes and wireframes using tools such as Figma, Axure, or Balsamiq.
  • Hands-on experience with analysis tools such as Excel, Jira and Confluence.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital gift cards or payment products is a plus.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Snaplii is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the development and optimization of our gifting function, which allows users to send digital gift cards seamlessly. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, gathering insights, and ensuring the successful delivery of this key product feature. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in North America and make an impact in the digital gifting space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with stakeholders (product managers, designers, engineers) to identify, document, and analyze business needs and requirements for the gifting function
  • Develop interactive product prototypes and wireframes to visualize business requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic business decisions.
  • Create detailed documentation, including business process workflows, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business objectives.
  • Work with the QA team to validate that the gifting function meets business requirements and delivers a seamless user experience.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and provide insights to help Snaplii maintain a competitive edge in the gifting space.
