Description:
SUMMARY:
The Business Analyst will report to the CFO and be responsible for all reporting and analysis for the Finance and RCM team. Additionally, the Business Analyst will be responsible for various implementation projects for initiatives within the Finance/Accounting team and the RCM team.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field is recommended, preferably in behavioral health.
- Experience: Minimum three (3) to five (5) years in a healthcare setting with experience in operations management, analysis, quality management and process improvement. Experience in program evaluation and performance improvement.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills; written and oral communication skills success with ability to create partnerships at all levels within the organization. Technology savvy. Excellent Word, Excel, Power Point, and database skills.

Responsibilities:
- Run all month-end financial reporting and analysis relevant to our financial month end close process.
- Identify trends and variances in the month end close process and research accordingly.
- Be the point person on all audit requests relating to EMR related transactions and audit sampling process.
- Standardize and automate AR aging reporting.
- Maintain and enhance the month end financial reporting package through SAGE.
- Document critical financial processes relating to payroll, month end close, UFR, and insurance verification.
- Manage relationship and processes with our Lab vendor, currently Quest.
- Manage reporting for our productivity measures in outpatient service lines.
- Other business analysis and reporting as directed by the CFO.
