Business Analyst, HCP Engagement Operations

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include ensuring robust internal control environment, data validation across platforms, identifying and supporting continuous improvement opportunities, and managing stakeholders. You will work directly with business stakeholders to understand and share information needs and be heavily involved in daily / weekly team huddles to drive process changes and improvements.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• BS/BA degree
• Minimum of 6 years of experience within program and project management
• Advanced-level usage of Smartsheet and Excel
• Experience with Data Visualization methodologies and building effective PowerPoint presentations
• High aptitude for technology and ability to work within and between systems
• Excellent relationship and partnering skills
• Desirable Skills/Experience:
• Project Management certification
• Methodical approach to problem solving
• Ability to identify opportunities and continuously seek solutions that increase the value to the organization
• Self-directed, self-motivated contributor
