Description:
INTRODUCTION:
Wipro is looking for a Business Analyst – Health Insurance with previous experience in Health Insurance or Insurance industry as a Business Analyst; with strong understanding of health insurance processes, capabilities, ways of working and value chain. This is a new role which will be at the heart of the growth agenda for the organisation. The role will have a primary focus on modernisation and digital transformation.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst in Insurance / Health Insurance domain in the UK
- Should be experienced in “Small and Medium Sized Enterprises” or “Consumer” (preferably both) for one of these specialisms – Proposition Management, Opportunity & Quote, Claim & Provider N/w, Portal, Data / Integration / Platform, Billing & Payment
- Experienced in working with Policy Admin Systems – experienced in working with integrated designs across requirements, to technical requirements and liaising these with the development teams
- Experienced in Salesforce (preferable)
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Good stakeholder management and engagement
- Experiences of working in an Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira and Confluence environment, concept of role of a Business Analyst in an Agile project
- Experienced in working in agile scrum teams
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Business Analyst – Health Insurance will be responsible to lead and deliver change and digital transformation projects.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Business Analyst – Health Insurance you will:
- Scope and shape activities for the work-stream, working with business and technical teams to understand business needs and how they can be designed and developed practically
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure input and engagement is made in timely manner, challenge where necessary
- Work and liase with the digital, technical and development teams for integrated designs across requirements
- Facilitate, plan and conduct workshops
- Understand the different business needs from stakeholders, create user and customer journeys, map the business processes and craft the BRD’s (business requirements documents)
