ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join Higgs LLP. The successful candidate will work closely with our IT Director to deliver internal consultancy projects on behalf of the firm’s Strategy Board.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the IT Director to identify and analyse areas within the firm’s legal services that could benefit from technological innovations and procedural optimisations.
  • Develop and present detailed project plans to the Strategy Board, outlining objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support project proposals and recommendations.
  • Implement and oversee project initiatives, ensuring adherence to agreed procedures and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the IT Director.
  • Work with the firm’s Developers, Infrastructure team and Operations Manager to design, configure and implement systems and tools as required.
  • Work with the firm’s training team to facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Evaluate and report on the successes of implemented projects and document successes to inform changes and adjustments for future initiatives.
