THE TEAM
We are looking for a skilled, strong Business Analyst to join our ITE Cloud Team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of Agile -Scrum methodologies. You will drive the gathering of requirements, writing of user stories, facilitate grooming and refinement sessions, process improvements, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes (as-is) and design improved processes (to-be), identifying inefficiencies and gaps, and recommending actionable improvements.
Collaboration: Partner with development teams and solution architects to transform business needs into functional specifications, including user interfaces, business rules, and data requirements.
Documentation & Design: Create clear, detailed documentation such as functional design specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams, ensuring they are accessible to both technical and non-technical team members. Experience with Confluence and Jira required.
User Story Writing: Create user stories based on requirements and stakeholder needs and experiences throughout business processes. Stories should adhere to Agile/Scrum methodology and have reasonable, clear, and relevant acceptance criteria.
Assistance in Planning: Experience assisting Product Owners and Program Managers in project planning, roadmap development, and estimations to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
Agile Methodology: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, to support iterative development and continuous improvement.
Testing & Validation: Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, ensuring that all solutions meet business requirements and quality standards, and facilitate the resolution of any identified issues.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, fostering effective communication and ensuring requirements are well understood and executed.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the development of best practices that promote efficiency and effectiveness across projects.
