About the role

  • The Business Analyst - Home Services;
  • will be an integral part of our dynamic Business Performance and Administration team, reporting and accountable to the Group Manager Business Performance & Administration.
  • will play a pivotal role in projects relating to optimising and digitally transforming our administrative processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Leveraging proven data analytics skills, the Business Analyst - Home Services will create relevant reporting to identify and measure process improvement initiatives and ad hoc requirements.
  • applies excellent communication and organisation skills to timely deliver projects and support across varying disciplines and to internal and external stakeholders.

About you

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, experience and skills:

  • Qualification:
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, and administration is necessary.
  • Experience working in an aged care or healthcare sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Business Analyst and process improvement experience working in a complex and regulated industry is preferred.
  • Use of Google Workspace Suite products is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in collecting, interpreting, and presenting data using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar software to drive informed decision-making and process enhancements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, facilitate training sessions, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement within administrative processes, and to propose practical solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in process documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaboration: A team player who can work collaboratively across various teams and levels of the organisation to drive process improvements and achieve organisational goals.
