As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in facilitating the development and successful implementation of integrations between the myprosperity platform and our Accounting and Financial Planning partners CRM systems. You will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to gather information, analyse data, and facilitate seamless data flow between the systems. Additionally, you will be involved in standard Business Analysis activities to support product development and improvement initiatives. The role needs to have a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the financial industry and related technologies
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements and objectives.
- Conduct detailed technical analysis of APIs and data models from external systems to identify data mapping and transformation requirements.
- Work closely with the development team to design and test integrations to meet business needs.
- Create technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, API specifications, and integration process flows.
- Identify technical issues and challenges related to data synchronization, security, and performance.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns related to integration projects.
- Assist in the planning and execution of integration testing, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Perform standard business analysis tasks such as gathering, documenting, and prioritising business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyse business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear and actionable project plans.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI designer to ensure user-friendly interfaces and optimal user experiences.
- Participate in project planning, risk analysis, and change management efforts.
- Monitor integration performance and take proactive measures to optimise and enhance integration processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in integration technologies and financial software.
- Fulfil other tasks that may be requested from time to time.
- Contribute positively to the team culture within the development team and more broadly across the team.
