Responsibilities:
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and improvement of Human Capital Management products. You will work closely with product teams, developers, and end-users to ensure that solutions meet the strategic needs of the company and its clients. Your primary mission will be to translate business requirements and user feedback into clear and actionable product specifications. Here are the responsibilities you will have on a typical day:
- Collaborate with product teams to understand market requirements and set development priorities.
- Analyze user needs and market trends to propose improvements and new features for the products.
- Develop detailed functional specifications to guide development teams in creating effective and innovative solutions.
- Participate in product validation by conducting user tests and collecting feedback to refine existing features.
- Coordinate product launch activities in collaboration with marketing and support teams, ensuring that products meet customer expectations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of product requirements, development processes, and test results to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Undergraduate degree in information systems management, product management, or related field.
- At least five years’ experience in business analysis, product development or HRIS systems management.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and HRIS market trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear product specifications.
- Experience with product management and HRIS tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment with project management experience desirable.
- Knowledge of user research and data analysis methods to inform product decisions.
