Responsibilities:
In this role you will be conducting research, analysing, and documenting requirements, and working with vendors and clients to deliver world class payment solutions in line with industry standards and emerging technology.
Day-to-day responsibilities in the role:
- Analysis of business and client needs documentation of requirements and translation into system requirement specifications.
- Assesses, applies and projects the impact of system changes on users and internal and external clients or stakeholders.
- Triage the production issues
- Work with the stakeholders to get the issue resolved within the defined SLA for the client; pick up issues and work on them till resolution and closure.
- Conducting internal meetings with the stakeholders on the status of the issues.
- Conducting meetings with the clients to provide the status of the issues on a weekly basis.
- Work with the Service Desk team on client communication for specific cases.
- Work with the internal stakeholders (dev team, QA team, BA product team) on resolution of issues, when need be
- Writes test plans and test cases to ensure changes which are made to the application meet client needs and that application integrity is maintained.
