Business Analyst I

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst I, you will have the primary focus of defining the root cause of system and process failures, assisting in the elicitation of requirements, assisting in solution design, and testing these solutions. You will also oversee the implementation of changes to systems, processes and capabilities, as well as project coordination support to ensure focus and continuity.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (CBAP an asset) or equivalent related business experience;
• Very good verbal and written communication skills (French and English);
• Understanding and working knowledge of Agile Methodologies;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, internet, SQL, SSRS, XML, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Jira;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset;
• Experience in capacity planning and forecasting in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment.
