Responsibilities:
MŌ TE TŪRANGA | ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our team as an experienced Business Analyst, aligned to our CFO division, where you’ll leverage your analytical skills to develop practical, customer-focused, and commercially sound solutions across processes, products, and technology. You’ll provide effective business analysis throughout the project lifecycle, from problem identification to solution development, ensuring continuous improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current and future states, and design solutions that resolve complex issues. Lead business requirements through IAG’s Value Delivery Framework, applying Agile principles and frameworks. Support solution implementation with attention to detail and logical approaches, while building strong stakeholder relationships.
This is a one year fixed-term, full-time position, based in Auckland.
To be successful in the role, you’ll ideally have the following:
- Well-demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
- Strong analytical and detailed thinking skills, with the ability to challenge the current state and provide data-driven solutions.
- Proven success in delivering value-driven solutions in dynamic settings.
- Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement abilities
