RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Apply expert subject matter knowledge to collaborate with Product, Development, and Operations teams to review product requirements and design for accuracy and testability.
• Design, develop, document, and execute well-structured test plans and test cases covering feature, functional, integration, and system level testing and defect management.
• Propose improvements to our existing development and test processes/strategies.
• Analyze customer reported issues and recommend resolutions.
• Driven to find defects prior to Production implementation.
• Take part in root cause analysis of quality issues.
