JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategies. This role requires a blend of business acumen and technical proficiency to interpret complex data and support our organizational goals.

EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• Minimum of two years experience in a business analyst or data analyst role.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry preferred.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to uncover insights, trends, and patterns.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders.
• Business Intelligence: Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide recommendations based on analysis.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across different systems.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to data processes, methodologies, and findings.
• Project Management: Manage and execute data-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality of results.
• Collaboration: Partner with IT, marketing, finance, and other departments to support data-driven decision-making.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
