Description:

To be successful in the role:
You must be able to deep dive into the detail of a client’s workflows and processes, mapping that onto a complex product. Additionally, you’ll need to understand and document the data flows and structure. Alongside this you will be able to build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders and be able to present ideas and concepts when required; work is delivered in collaboration with teams across the business and the Client.
You will understand the benefit of an appropriate mix of epics, features & stories for each project, as well as contributing towards prioritisation activities.

Responsibilities:
Do you have experience in reinsurance or specialty insurance markets with an astute understanding of software development and software projects? We are looking for a Business Analyst, experienced in enabling business transformation within financial institutions.
Our Business Analysts work alongside both our clients and our software engineers to design complex transformation projects. You’ll lead workshops, interviews, focus groups and utilise other techniques to effectively translate information gathered during discovery sessions into detailed requirements to help deliver successful projects for our clients. Combining strong organisation skills and stakeholder management, this role is key to our client engagement and success.
You will be joining a friendly and professional team with offices based in both Oxford and Bristol.
