BUSINESS STRATEGY AND IMPLEMENTATION

• Strategic Planning and Execution
• Evaluate trends in Retail Franchising, B2B, and E-commerce, and develop strategies with CM, FD, and Channel heads to meet company objectives.
• Assist CM and FD in creating tactical plans to achieve business goals, including financial, operational, and market share targets.
• Coordinate execution of key strategies with Functional Heads and contribute to annual business planning and budget finalization.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
• Work with CM to adapt reporting processes to changing needs.
• Identify opportunities with channel heads to improve business processes using technology.
• Track market and competitive trends, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or any equivalent.
• Proven minimum of 5 years work experience in the Business Analyst, Sales Analyst, or similar is preferred.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Proficient in computer literacy skills, especially in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas)
• Incumbents with experience in using Power Query and knowledge in SQL is a must.
• Skilled in time-management, interpersonal communication, and meticulous in data management.
