CGI’s Edmonton team is searching for a Business Analyst, who will join a team providing expertise in support of an important new system implementation for our client.

Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following documented processes to gather user data, the Business Analyst will ensure data quality, provide front-end user support, communicate requirements, and hand over data to the forms management team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Following a documented implementation process, work with various stakeholders to gather data, collect forms and ensure data quality
  • Assist users with forms and registration process
  • Escalate to technical teams as needed; follow through to resolution
  • Update a Client Relationship Management (CRM) database daily, with current status of user data intake
  • Attend ad-hoc meetings with stakeholders

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an IT environment
  • Experience gathering data from users and ensuring that data meets requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working independently and on a team
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and Outlook)

  • Previous participation in a system implementation
  • Ability to assist with creation of training material
