Business Analyst

Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst with strong technical knowledge on Java, Spring, Springboot & web services. The selected candidate be able to work on the requirement analysis and troubleshoot the issues at the client location. Interact with customer process consultants and business stakeholders to understand and analyze various processes. Derive automation opportunities and make recommendations from the Discover product discussions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Lead the planning, execution and delivery of the project. Manage Project Timeline and budgets.
Foster a collaborative and high performing team environment and contribute to the development of proposals, presentations for new business.
Experienced professional using specialized expertise in one or more areas to interpret internal or external business issues and recommends best practices. Lead the engagement effort for low/medium complexity assignments from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment, review effort and guide teams on project processes and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 5 Years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of professional experience within Development and Java and web services is a plus
• Experience of working with Agile methodologies
• Project Management and knowledge of Jira tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Require experience and knowledge in Cloud, Java, spring
• Scrum Master certification would be preferred.
• Experience in understanding the goals of business partners, planning the roadmap along with partners and to help them making a good decision.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across cross-functional teams and departments and external contractors.
• Managing scrum meetings and solutioning the integration issues.
• Proficiency in Risk analysis, Mitigation, Strategy planning and execution
• Planning and Co-ordination skills.
• Good Communication and Analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Able to estimate for the end-to-end delivery of Integration projects.
