Responsibilities:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Analyst, you will act as Product Owner for the team. In this role, you will be required to:

  • Collect and understand requirements from stakeholders in the modelling community
  • Connect with Tech colleagues to seek collaboration and mutual alignment on needs and challenges of the SAS-based Modelling Platform
  • Refine and cascade demands to the team for execution
  • Ensure the team jointly delivers on committed work items in line with the principles of Agile Way of Working
  • Contribute to the vision and strategy of the Tribe
  • Participate in rolling out a modern and innovative way of working for model life cycle in ING

The skills required for this role include:

  • Understanding of the Life Cycle of Credit Risk models and a basic understanding of the Basel framework
  • Knowledge of the SAS solutions used for modelling purposes
  • Ability to understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable implementation plan

Additional skills that will help you excel in the role include:

  • Ability to manage large scale and complex projects and transformations
  • Ability to communicate in simple and clear terms, in order to engage and motivate people in transitioning to a new way of working
  • Motivation and ambition to be a driving force in the change initiative
  • Knowledge of SAS Viya, Python and their potential interactio
