Responsibilities:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Analyst, you will act as Product Owner for the team. In this role, you will be required to:
- Collect and understand requirements from stakeholders in the modelling community
- Connect with Tech colleagues to seek collaboration and mutual alignment on needs and challenges of the SAS-based Modelling Platform
- Refine and cascade demands to the team for execution
- Ensure the team jointly delivers on committed work items in line with the principles of Agile Way of Working
- Contribute to the vision and strategy of the Tribe
- Participate in rolling out a modern and innovative way of working for model life cycle in ING
The skills required for this role include:
- Understanding of the Life Cycle of Credit Risk models and a basic understanding of the Basel framework
- Knowledge of the SAS solutions used for modelling purposes
- Ability to understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable implementation plan
Additional skills that will help you excel in the role include:
- Ability to manage large scale and complex projects and transformations
- Ability to communicate in simple and clear terms, in order to engage and motivate people in transitioning to a new way of working
- Motivation and ambition to be a driving force in the change initiative
- Knowledge of SAS Viya, Python and their potential interactio
