- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a preference for brokerage insurance experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in insurance, preferably in brokerage insurance. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
As part of the consulting team, our Business Analyst will:
- Analyze and document business requirements for insurance projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions
- Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes.
