JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Business Analyst at Integra Seven, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve transformative results. You will work in collaborative, cross-functional teams to develop strategic insights, design innovative solutions, and drive impactful outcomes. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects at the intersection of public policy, innovation, and business transformation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within consulting firms such as Deloitte, McKinsey, or similar organizations, experience in a Tech startup is valuable.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field. Advanced degrees or equivalent work experience preferred.
· Language: English Proficiency (Mandatory), Arabic (Preferred).

2. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
3. Develop frameworks, models, and strategies to support decision-making and implementation.
4. Communicate findings and solutions effectively through professional presentations and reports.

6. Stay informed about emerging trends in public policy, technology, and business innovation to bring fresh ideas to the table.
7. Foster a culture of feedback, learning, and continuous improvement within teams.
