As our Business Analyst (IAM), you will work across the wider business to champion best practices and process approach to underpin continuous improvement. THE ROLE

• Prepare feasibility studies, scope definition, business cases, requirements analysis and business design documents
• Support the deployment of solutions by developing system and user acceptance test plans
• Analyse, specify and validate customer’s functional and non-functional requirements
• Provide end-user documentation and training
