Business Analyst Intern, Loyalty Program (Winter - 2025)

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
McKesson’s Intern program is 10-12 weeks long, and is designed to provide:
- A real-life working environment

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and optimization of our loyalty program within the B2C application. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis, user experience design, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of user experience design principles is a plus.

User Experience Optimization:
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the loyalty program features are user-friendly, engaging, and meet customer expectations.
- Participate in user testing sessions and provide feedback to improve the overall user experience
Responsibilities:

- Partner with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation of loyalty program features and enhancements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across different teams to achieve project goals.
