Title: Business Analyst, Interoperability Initiatives
Salary: $86,778 - $102,091 - $117,405 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Temporary – contract end date January 1, 2027
Hours: 37.5 hrs Monday- Friday, normal office hours 8:30am-4:30pm (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Metro Vancouver office – Alberni office, on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. Hybrid working in line with FNHA’s flex work policy. (Hybrid – minimum 50% in the office).
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field required or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
EXPERIENCE
- 5-7 years of Business Analysis in enterprise-scale projects
- Minimum of five (5) years of BC / Canadian healthcare project experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with digital health systems an asset

Responsibilities:
As Business Analyst, Interoperability Initiatives, you will be responsible for mapping out business processes and conducting systems analysis to support the integration of FNHA’s digital health systems with provincial initiatives, such as the Longitudinal Record Access (LRA), and Digital Referrals & Orders. This is a new role and project that involves analyzing existing workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that interoperability efforts align with FNHA’s strategic goals. The analyst will play a key role in designing and implementing technical solutions that enhance the interoperability of FNHA’s systems with broader provincial frameworks.
